Returns & Exchanges
A return form is included with each order. Fill it in and send the product to us by post.
Order delivery
The estimated delivery time of the product consists of:
1. Availability, i.e. whether the product is ready for immediate dispatch from the warehouse or waiting in the warehouse. This estimate is based on information from our supplier, which is automatically updated on the website.
2. Processing time, i.e. the product is picked up from the warehouse and delivered to our post office. We aim to process the completed order within 48 hours of receipt, after which the product will be dispatched. A completed order means an order for which the payment method has been accepted and all products are in our stock and reserved for the order.
3. Delivery time from us by transport to the recipient. In the tracking of the carrier, the package will appear within 1-3 days after the order has been processed and the delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen.
On the product page, you can check the estimated delivery time to your postcode, i.e. the time it will take for the product to reach your destination.
You will receive an automatic notification by email when your order has been processed by us and delivered to the carrier. In the message, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Your order will be delivered to the Post’s pick-up point or a parcel machine of your choice and can be picked up within 1-2 working days after sending the order.
Please note that the date of order and the date of dispatch are not the same. On average, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment and stocking of the products.
The Post Office will keep your items for 7 days.
If you wish, you can purchase additional storage time for the parcel directly via the Postal tracking link if Posti offers this service at the collection point.
Uncollected orders are automatically returned to the sender after the collection deadline. In this case, our service department will automatically refund the order, unless it is a gift card.
You will be notified separately by SMS and email, and it will not be possible to reactivate a cancelled subscription. However, you can place a new order for the same product if you wish.
The postage will be deducted from the refund.
